The last year of operation is when longwalls and <br />' room-and-pillar panels are completely mined out. Mining could, however, continue with <br />both the longwalls and continuous miners if additional parcels of the Prairie Dog Tract are <br />' leased and mine planning done for the entire area. <br />8.
