Chic staff, toured the <br />eastern portion of the fadexal exploration ].i tense COCS9932 to in;:pect the <br />7 er_lama ti on and condition of drill pads and access roads. On AugusC J"&, 1997, <br />you, Ms. Eook, and Jim Burnell of Che Colorado Division of. Minerals and <br />Geology, inspected the weslc:rr; area of Lhe combined federal exploration <br />license and the state notice of intent f.or the name purposes. <br />Overall, conditions were found to be excellent. Regrading of the drill. pads <br />is very good and revegetation wi.l.]. probably be successful. <br />Two iCems requiring further action were identified: <br />1. The area of Che mud pfCs on drill sites PGD~91 and b'1U~92 had begun <br />„ sinking and .y,ou .said you would have thi,a ax ea regraded and ~ecaded. <br />2.
