EXHIBIT E
' RECLAMATION PLAN AND TIMETABLE
' Several of the owners of the Robinson Brick & Tile Company also own
the Tin Cup Mining Company. The Tin Cup Mining Company retains the surface
' ownership of all the property to be mined; therefore, no negotiations with
third party entities will be required.
Plans for the reclaimed affected land are predominately for habitat
' for non-critical wildlife and non-irrigated pasture land.
As each mining stage is completed, the corresponding reclamation phase
' will begin. The overburden will be stripped and used to establish the
planned contour of the preceding phase (see Map Exhibit F) . These planned
' contours show the final overall slope of 2 to 1; which will be further broken
down into terraced slopes. Each terrace will consist of 12-15 foot wide, 5
to 1 slopes; and 6-8 foot wide, 1 to 1 slopes. There will also be a 6-8 foot
' high sandstone wall at a 1/2 to 1 slope remaining at the top of the slope
with adequate rip-rap at the base of the wall (see Figure 1) .
' The 5 to 1 slopes will have a surface layer of crushed sandstone resulting
from the bulldozer operations and blasting. If significant amounts of topsoil
are encountered, that topsoil will be salvaged for the 5 to 1 surface layer.
' The 1 to 1 slopes will mainly consist of the larger rip-rap. As mining pro-
gresses, the open stopes will be backfilled to give a competent working surface.
When mining is completed to both the north and south, a 50 foot highwall
approximately 100 feet wide will be left. Slope of the highwalls will be 1/2
' to 1 . If there is not sufficient rip-rap for the base of this highwall, the
13
