THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Re<lamation Board, Department of Natural Resources,
Stale of Colorado.
RECITALS
A The Permittce, West End Gravel Company, Inc., desires to conduct a nuning operation (mown
as Weimer One Gravel, for the purpose of extracting sand and gravel. The Perntittce will not mine any secondary
commodities.
B. On May 3, 2001 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the Perntittees
application for this permit and directed that this perms[ be issued upon the tiling with the Division of Minerals and
Geololry (the "Division') of performance warranty approved by the Division. Said warranty has bcen filed with
the Division.
C. If the Permittee desires to extract materials other than those listed in (A), a separate permit nuy
be required.
D. On May 3, 2001 the Board nude the following Hndings:
1. The application for iflis pernut complies with the requirements of the Colorado Mined
Land Rec lanution Act far the Extraction of Conswcaon Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et I;~., as amended, and
with all applicable local, state and federal laws;
2. The operation will not adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and
pernunent nun-made sWCture located vvithin two hundred feet of the Affected Land, except where there is an
agReemen[ bchvcen the Operator and the persons having an in[~est in the structure that damage to the swchue is
to he compensated for by the Pernuttce; and;
