The site is in parts of section 1 & 2, <br />Township 2 North, range 68 West. <br />No Reclamation Plan was provided with this application. it is soled that this land lies within Y: <br />mile south of the St. Vain Creek. The Last Chance Irrigation Ditch flows adjacent to the proposed <br />mine to the north ,and crosses into the proposed mine azea on the east side. The Rural Irrigation <br />Ditch flows through most of the proposed mined azea. <br />The soils on the property are Aquolls & Aqueats, Heldt silty clay, sad Vona sandy loam. Please <br />note that the Heldt Silty clay soil, mapping unit 27, is rated as "Prime where irrigated". This site <br />appeazs to have been irrigated historically. <br />Water quality and noxious weed control are issuesihat.aeedto kre considered due to the pro>omity <br />to the St. Vain Creek and the Rural and Las~t~iSiEtlEUves.
