Everist, Inc., Lohmann Sand and Gravel Nline, File No. M-2001-017 <br />Corps File No. 200180209 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />SRS <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 2 9 2001 <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Reference is made to the above-mentioned project located in the N %: of Section 6, Township <br />2 North, Range 67 West, Weld County, Colorado. <br />This project has been reviewed in accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act under <br />which the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulates the discharge of dredged and fill material and any <br />excavation associated with a dredged and fill project in waters of the United States. Waters of the <br />U.S. includes ephemeral, intermittent and perennial streams and their surface connected wetlands and <br />adjacent wetlands and certain lakes and ponds that have a nexus to interstate commerce.
