It can be in the form of metes a bounds sure y or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least t e nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. lJhere applicable, the street address or lot n tuber(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - Mininy Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases ors ayes of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the snap and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT L' - Map <br />This snap should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffic ent information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existi g and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operati n, call <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record roust oe shown. The quarters ction corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on thi ~~nap. <br />- Wildlife. Water Resources. Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in tl~e applicable <br />RUIe. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the ~nininy plan, this should oe a general discussion of the inet ods, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land ffected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the snap. If no ,the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture or the xpected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
