M-77-011, M-77- 526, M-78-255, M-81-096, and M-86-079. M-77-011 This office does not have a file on this pit. It is possible that this pit has not exposed water after December 31.1980. M-77-526 A temporary water supply plan has been pending since July of 1990. Additional information was requested for this plan on October 29, 1993. A letter from Albert Frei 8 Sons dated December 1, 1993, signed by Aaron Harrington, stated that they were looking for a more reliable water replacement source for their plan. We have not received any additional information since that time. M-78-255 Information in our files indicates that mining ceased in 1979. If no additional water has been exposed after December 31, 1980, then a water replacement plan is not required. M-81-096 The file was sent out to our consultant for review. The consultant requested additional information from Albert Frei on April 8, 1998, however, Albert Frei has not responded. Another request for the information will be sent out shortly. M-86-079 A temporary water supply plan proposal has been submitted to this office. This plan is currently under review. There may be some bugs to work out. Will keep you updated.
