The responses are <br />referenced by letter date and utilize the same numbering system as used in the review comments. <br />April 8, 2002; Preliminary Adequacy Review <br />1. The maps have been revised to include signatures. <br />2. The property identifications have been corrected. <br />3. Structures shown on Exhibit C are identified to be removed. Any area disturbed by mining <br />activities will be reclaimed. <br />4. Any flat azea surrounding pond shall be reclaimed and seeded. A note has been added to the <br />reclamation drawings. <br />5. Exhibit "O" has been revised to reflect current property owners. This list has also been <br />revised on Exhibit "C", Sheet 1. <br />6. The structures shown on Exhibit "S" have been identified "to be demolished". <br />7. The setback along the northwestern boundary has been revised to reflect 35' to comply with <br />the Geological Stability Exhibit. <br />June 3, 2002; Request for Information <br />1. Ephemeral Resources has filed under separate cover an amendment to Permit Application <br />No. M-2002-046. Tn this amendment, Areas E and F will be reclaimed as a pond. Area A will <br />be backfilled to pre mining grades and be used as agricultural land. Since residential is no <br />longer a proposed post-mining use, requirements set forth in FHA's publication 79G will no <br />longer be applicable. <br />Juiy 9, 2002; Adequacy Review for Bond Calculations <br />1. Exhibit D has been revised to include topsoil and overburden quantities by area. <br />2. Topsoil and overburden from Area B will be stockpiled separately in the southwestern <br />portion of Extraction Area "C". <br />3. The Mining Plan, Exhibit "D", identifies mining operations to begin in Area "A". <br />
