Access Road "A". You stated that under pr
operators, culverts beneath Access Road "A" h
crushed under the weight of heavy trucks, causing t
to flood the surrounding land, including the town
building. You have requested that some type of
between the Town of Alma and Panhandle be deve
address this problem when it arises. We will be
enter into such an agreement with you and will be c
you no later than July 15, 1985, to further to work
details.
2. Dust. The council is concerned about dust whir
be generated by trucks driving over the roads. Firs
trucks will not travel ofE the permit site during
operations, Second, and with that in mind, we belie
naturally occurring moisture (ie: dew, afternoon rai
will act as sufficient dust suppressant. Should a
with blowing dust arise, though, Access "A" w
sprinkled with water.
3. School buses. Panhandle will schedule any
travelling off-site around the 7:00-7:30 a.m, and 4
r mine
e been
river
council
reement
ped to
ppy to
tacting
ut the
~ might
~, haul
normal
~e that
istorms)
problem
ill be
trucks
.00-4:30
