<br />SUGGESTID PUBLIC NOTICE FORMAT <br />For Limited Impact operations, this notice must be published once a week for t:ra con- <br />secutive weeks, the final date of publication being no later than 48 hours prior co the <br />date for Board consideration of the application. For all ocher operations, Chis notice <br />must be published once a week for four consecutive wee!cs, the final dace of publication <br />being at leas[ twenty days prior to the date for Board consideration. A11 notices must <br />be published is a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed <br />mining operation. (Full details in RULES 2.2 and 3.2).
