EXHIBIT G -WATER INFORMATION <br />Trib:rtarv water sources, wells, springs, stock water ponds, reservoirs and ditches <br />This operation is expected to directly affect surface water systems. Please see Exhibit C for the <br />location of the: <br />Hagers Meadow Ditch <br />Niwot Ditch <br />Pella Ditch <br />St. Vrain Creek <br />Zweck and Turner Ditch <br />Identify all known ayuifers <br />The St. Vrain alluvial aquifer is under this property. <br />Dewatering operations <br />Water from the dewa[ering operations and runoff from disturbed areas, piled material and operating <br />surfaces will likely be diverted to the wash pond for detention and cleansing. The resulting ou[fall <br />will tlow into the St. Vrain Creek pursuant to a Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment dschage (CDPS) permit. <br />Project water requirements <br />Water lost with material - 25 - 45 acre-feet/yeaz (for mining rate of 300,000 - 1,500,000 tons/ year) <br />Dust control - 5 acre-feeUyear <br />Evaporation from dewatering trenches - l.5 acre-feet/yeaz (assuming 0.5 acre water surface) <br />Total -Approximately 32 - 52 acre-feet/year <br />Source of water <br />Aggregate will submit a temporary substitute water supply plan (tssp) to the Office of the State <br />Engineer for projected water requirements. We will forward the DMG a copy of the tssp upon <br />request. <br />National Pollutant Discharge Eliminatiar System permit from the Water Quality Control Division <br />Aggregate anticipates the site will not be disturbed for several years.
