The windmill is over 200 feet <br />from the pe mit area. <br />Exhibit B: According to the Soil Conservation District the <br />depth of the groundwater is over 200 feet. The only <br />equipment that will be serviced is the portable screening <br />plant. The oil that is removed from the plant will be <br />drained into a barrel and hauled off. There will not be any <br />fuel stored on the site. ~ <br />Exhibit C: Item 4. Only gravel, which includes small rocks <br />and clay, will be mined. All topsoil will be stockpiled for <br />reclamation. The gravel depth is 30 to 40 feet. <br />Exhibit C: Item 5.
