•
-59- .
one that's over 10 acres in the next three or four weeks, it's
going to be virtually impossible for them to come up with a
permit application, proper notification, proper public input
time, to do this in 90 days
If they find one that they're not
aware of right now.
Sullivan: I would still stand with Bob's motion. It might be that in
90 days that the Board might review it, and if they wish they
might extend it, but I would like to see it tied down to
not to exceed 90 days at the present time.
Rindahl: How about 90 days to apply for a permit. Would that satisfy
what you're asking.
Turner: No, it's got to be 90 days from when this permit, that we're
considering this morning is......
Rindahl: Okay, I'm not trying to defend either side
Turner: That's good.
Rindahl: within 90 days there is probably a chance that they'll be
totally covered with snow and we won't get to them until March
or April. That's just why I would prefer to see them apply
within 90 days. Then we have the provisions of the law to follow
and if we do need delays the law already covers this.
Pring: I would just like to comment to the Board, since the staff is
commenting, this is precisely the kind of mess you're going
to get yourselves in every time you overlook the express mandate
of 120.
