Grand Junction, Montrose, that area. <br />Sullivan: That is, they have a total of 12 operations all together. <br />Orell: That would be approximately correct. <br />Rindahl: Approximately 12 that we're aware of. <br />Ward: The prior mining activity did not necessarily come under permits <br />that they were not necessarily in violation. <br />Rindahl: No, that's not true. It is a difficult situation because in the <br />past, actions by the Board were either nil or delaying or for some <br />reason or other did not grant permits for a considerable amount <br />of time, and we are working with a great number of sand and gravel <br />operations in the state who were unable to get permits prior to <br />the current Board-activiation of the current Board; and Nielson <br />is one of the more cooperative organizations as far as the sand <br />and gravel operators in the state in trying to come under the, <br />
