Two of these permits, C-80-005 for Seneca 11 Mine and C-82-057 for Seneca II-W Mine were <br />transferred from Peabody Coal Company to Seneca Coal Company on October 17, 1994. The third <br />permit, C-94-082 for Yoast Mine, was issued to Seneca Coal Company on August 7, 1995.
