As I indicated at that time,
there are several requirements that must be fulfilled before the application can be re-approved,
a bond posted, and a permit issued since it has been more than one year from the time the
application was initially approved.
In the near future, the Division of Minerals and Geology will conduct an inspection of the area
presently covered by the application and advise you at that time what deficiencies may exist in
the present application. We will also deliver copies of new application forms and advise you of
the process that would have to be followed it you wish to start mining in this place. You will then
have approximately 60 days from the inspection date to make a decision as to whether you
want to enter the process to obtain a permit.
A person representing the Division will contact you soon.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (303) 866-3863 or write at the
address above.
Sincere
Carl B.
