S. <br />Geological Survey and the Department of Agriculture, <br />and it comes down to three State agencies, Department <br />of Natural Resources, Department of Health, or at <br />least those two. <br />That way we don't put all the burden <br />on -- the Governor can't, well, blame Mined Land Rec <br />and Governor Romer, I thank him for having .concerns <br />about the State of Colorado because I'm a S+r_ate of <br />Colorado resident besides being a native of San <br />Luis. <br />And, in closing, I want to thank you <br />
