JAQUEZ: You can see the erosion <br />is pretty substantial. All this siltation is <br />running into the Rito Seco, the so-called State <br />waters which should be protected (indicating). <br />(Next slide.) <br />MR. JAQUEZ: These are the cliffs of <br />the east pit (indicating). This is the stuff that <br />will be ground down and then taken to the ].e aching <br />facility (indicating). <br />(Next slide.) <br />MR. JAQUEZ: I turned aroundi and <br />looked south -- southwest from there, and drown here <br />is a road (indicating). This is the Rito Seco right <br />here (indicating). The proposed change of road <br />to our only park would be in this direction <br />(indicating). <br />You can see that all this area here <br />will be removed by Battle Mountain Gold because that <br />is gold-containing material (indicating). I don't <br />know. We may be pushing it that it is a hundred feet <br />away from the stream. <br />(Next slide.) <br />MR. JAQUEZ: This is a well that has <br />casing that has concrete around it (indicating). <br />There are some other wells that are shown here. <br />
