As recommended by the District Manager at the <br /> Mine Plan approval meetings, the flowrate in the <br /> approved Ventilation Plan should be the gallons per :' <br /> minute at the minimum •pressure. <br />In using the spray nozzles tables, the correct <br />flowrates are shown at the MMU's requized operating <br />pressure. <br />Please find enclosed a Ventilation System and Methane and Dust <br />Control Plan, which should address these remaining concerns. <br />Energy Fuels is highly interested in formalizing an acceptable <br />Plan, Continual and diligent efforts have been exercised.
