No. 05-H3455 <br />Ventilation System and Methane and Dust Control Plan <br />Dear Mr. Elam: <br />As a result of a meeting on May 25th between Bill Knepp and my- <br />self, the outstanding items of the Ventilation Map and Plan were <br />• mutually settled. Misunderstandings on both parties had arisen <br />from the meeting of April 6, 1989. <br />I shall cover item by item corrections made to address each item <br />listed on the attached letter given to me by Mr. Knepp. <br />I.
