No. 05-03955 ~ ~~~ <br />Ventilation System and Methane and Dust Contro <br />Dear Mr. Elam: <br />Enclosed is one page of the above captioned Plan, Page 16, which <br />addresses Item 5 as agreed upon by Mr. Bill Knepp and myself on <br />June 16th in his office. This is the only remaining item which <br />needed to be addressed to receive Plan approval. <br />In addition, as per my June 20, 1989 letter, Pages 19 and 20 of <br />this submittal has been deleted from the Plan. These Pages are <br />the mechanized mining unit pages concerning MMU 002-0.
