Long <br />Division Director <br />On February 27, 2001 the Division received a letter from the applicant's consultant, waiving <br />Roaring Forks Resources rights to a staff decision on March 6, 2001, and the 120 day permit <br />decision, presently scheduled for the March Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) meeting. The <br />letter also requested that any future hearings required for the review and approval of the <br />application be scheduled so that this matter may be on the MLRB agenda for its April 25 and 26, <br />2001 meeting. In response to this request the Division has tentatively rescheduled the Pre- <br />hearing Conference for April 16, 2001, nt 1:30 p.m., in the Rifle City Hall. <br />As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations: <br />1) At the Pre-hearing Conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be <br />proposed n draft pre-hearing order. The draft pre-hearing order shall provide the <br />following: <br />n) a list of the parties' names, addresses and phone numbers; <br />b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; <br />c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times for <br />presentations, cross-examination by parties and closing statements; <br />d) a list of each party's witnesses; and <br />e) a list of each party's exhibits or documents to be used ns evidence. <br />2) The draft pre-hearing order shall be delivered to all parties to the hearing at least three <br />(3) days prior to the Board heoring. <br />
