NI-99-047
I visited the site of the proposed Adamson Brothers Mine located in Section 28, T1N, R42W, in Yuma
County yesterday. Although the exact loca[ion was no[ marked on the ground, the area marked as the
proposed mine site on the application map has already been disturbed past the point of providing any
significant value as wildlife habitat. I found an existing surface extraction mine and a feedlot operation
at the site. There would be minimal impacts to wildlife from the development this proposed mine.
Sincerely,
Shaac L.
