The water
overflowing the thickener will be of sufflcient clarity for re-use within your facility. Hence
your coal dewatering system will only have two products, coal to be transported to market
and water which will be re-cycled.
NCEC will of course have to provide the normal system of run-off collection ditches
with a sediment pond around the facility to contain any stockpile and area run-offs.
The emergency flume bypass settlement basin if used, will have an adjustable decant
overflow to the sediment pond. Solids from the basin will be reclaimed by front end loader
and discharged into the dewatering plant. Any "black water" in the sediment pond will also
be re-processed by pumping to the dewatering facility.
If you have any more questions please feel free to call, I will be happy to assist you
whilst Messrs.
