<br />Damage Agreement <br />J and K Limestone Products, LLC. is applying for a Reettlar (I 12) Operation Reclamation Permit for <br />the mining and extraction of gravel, soil and backfill material on the J and K Limestone Products propeny <br />located in the SEI/4 of the SEI/4 of section 26, T46N R9E, 10'h P.M. in Saguache County, Colorado <br />amounting to 38.65acres or less. <br />Permanent structures owned by Quest Communications are within 200 feet of the land to be affected. <br />These structures consist of the following: <br />• Telephone communications cable <br />Pursuant to Rule 63.12 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations.
