• <br />AR'PICLE 15 <br />Book 492 Page 53 <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />(a) All reference to dollar amount of. money in this <br />Lease shall mean lawful currency of the United States of <br />America. <br />(b) This Lease constitutes the entire Agreement <br />between the parties hereto, and except. as provided herein, <br />no prior written or oral representation shall serve to <br />modify or amend this Lease. <br />(c) The invalidity or unenforceability of any <br />provision or term of this Lease shall not affect the <br />validity or e~iforceability of any other provision or term of <br />this Lease. <br />(d) The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern all <br />interpretations of this Leese. <br />_~,_ <br />
