<br />EXHIBIT B - SITE DESCRIPTION <br />ITEM 3 <br />MINE <br />The only man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />area are a Public Service utility line and an old railroad <br />grade. The utility line provides electric power to the <br />mine. The telephone line is on the same utility pole by <br />mutual agreement between Public Service and the telephone <br />company. <br />The old railroad grade was built by the Colorado and <br />Southern Railroad to service the mines of the area. The <br />rails were removed around 1942. <br />These structures are identified in Exhibit E, Hopemore <br />Area, Scale 1" 50'. (See Exhibit E - Map, MLR2) <br />MILL <br />Permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected area include the following. A Public Service <br />utility pole provides electric power to the mill. A sewer <br />disposal pipeline runs east/west along the north edge of the <br />mill site property. A buried natural gas transmission line <br />lies in a 50' right of way along the east edge of the <br />
