<br />authorized to be made yearly by an engineer or surveyor duly Licensed by the
<br />State of Colorado, on a scale of not less than 100 feet to the inch, shoving
<br />the vert Leal and horizontal Aimensione of ell excaval Sons, fills,
<br />atoekpLles, end other disturbances of the outface, by means of accurate
<br />contour Lines (not more than two-foot intarva l) or eroas-sections, all to be
<br />correctly related to a base line which is properly located in relation to

<br />21. ANCILLARY USB -- Thie lease allows for the removal Of the aforementioned
<br />material and the placement of such equipment ee necessary for this removal,
<br />ouch as mining equipment, conveyors, wash and screening plants, scale and
<br />scale house, office, repair facility Eor this equipment and vehic lea used on
<br />Bite, stock piles of material mined from this Lease and any other equipment
<br />agreed upon between Leeaor and Lessee.

<br />22. NOTICES -- Any notice required to be given to Lessee under the provisions of
<br />this lease shall ba sent by eertlf Lad moll to the address set forth at the
<br />beginning of this Lease or to each other address ae Lea sea may Lnd ieate in
<br />writing to Lessor, and eueh service by mail shall be deemed Buff Le Sent and
<br />in full comp !Lance with the terms of this Lease as of the date 1t to
<br />peetmorkad. Notice to Lessor eha 11 be given in Llke manner, addressed to
<br />the State Beard of Land Commissioners' Denver, Colorado address.
<br />23. RICHi OF RBHOYAG -- In the event this lease is terminated by forfeiture,
<br />surrender oc the expirat Lon of its term, and ell obligatlone of Loscae under
<br />this lease are astief Led, all Lesaee'e improvements, equipment, men-made
<br />obj ecte of any type,. stoekpilea and dumps shell be removed from the leased
<br />premlaea within six months Erom the date of such termination at Lessee's
<br />expenca. Such removal is to be accomplished ri thout unnecessary waste or
<br />damage to the promisee and Lessee shall restore the surface of the Leased
<br />premises to the same condition as Loosed Lately prior to the execu tlon of this
<br />Lease. All improvements and equipment remoLnLng on the Leaned premises six
<br />months after the termination hereof shall be forfeited eu tomotieally to
<br />Leeaor rithout eompanaation and without necessity of execution of addit tonal
<br />doeumente.
