~~ <br />1~1 II~IIIII~~~~~ 1~~ <br />operating Ylan <br />Supplement <br />The following changes have been made to update the plan of operations <br />and correct errors in the original operating plan. <br />Operations will continue indefinitely under this plan unless there is a <br />change in operations from the plan. <br />6 (b) work will begin 6/1/83 and terminate 12/1/83. <br />8 (b) approximately 0 acres of land will be required for solid waste. <br />q (a) a acre of surface resources will be used for parking, temporary <br />storage, at the mine opening, a acre of land has been disturbed <br />in a newly constructed road 12' wide 1000` long. Total disturbed <br />area is 1/2 acre. <br />10(6) Roads: Roads will not exceed 12 feet in width and they will be <br />outsloped, waterbarred or provide dips as directed by the Forest <br />Officer. Cut banks will be backsloped to a 1:1 ratio. Road banks <br />will be seeded with the following seed mixture: <br />Mountain Brome 9 pounds/acre <br />Orchard grass 1.5 " " <br />White clover 1.0 " <br />Timothy 0.5 " <br />Total 12.0 pounds/acre <br />Reclamation of the road will consist of constructing additional <br />waterbars and seeding all disturbed areas with the above seed <br />mixture. A tank trap will be constructed at the beginning of the <br />access road to prevent any use of the reclaimed road. <br />r' <br />10 (c) Nothing shall be used in the mining operation that would contaminate <br />streams, springs, or underground waters. Drill holes shall be <br />plugged, sealed, or capped as required by Rule 5.41 of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />15 (a) Structures: The original operating plan did not included a 16'x16' <br />long cabin with a tin roof located in the SE4SW; of Section 14, <br />T. 36 N. , R. 12 W. , N.
