Footnotes <br />a/ This limitation shall be determined by the arithmetic mean of a <br />minimum of three samples collected in separate calendar weeks <br />during a 30-day consecutive period with a minimum of 20 days <br />occurring between the first and last sample days. <br />b/ This limitation shall be determined by a single properly <br />preserved sample as required under monitoring <br />requirements-Sample Type. <br />c/ Ponitoring is required only during periods of discharge. If "no <br />discharge" occurs, this shall be reported at the specified <br />frequency. (See Part B) <br />d/ Should a discharge occur due to snowmelt or a rainfall event, <br />sampling of all parameters shall be done as a minimum at the <br />beginning and at [he end of the discharge. <br />e/ See definitions, Part $. <br />f/ When the measurement frequency indicated is quarterly, the <br />samples shall be collected during March, June, September, and <br />• December if a continual discharge occurs.
