GananY <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Listed below are adequacy review comments on the above-captioned Regulaz 112 application for <br />237.67 acres located 2.2 miles east of Rifle. The decision date for your application is scheduled <br />for May 25, 2006. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before May 21, <br />2006. (Your response should include two (2) copies). Please be advised that your application <br />maybe deemed inadequate and maybe denied on May 25, 2006 unless the following adequacy <br />review items aze addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you need additional time to <br />prepaze an adequacy response, please let us know in writing on or before May 21, 2006; and you <br />may wish to request an extension of the decision date. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B -Index Mao <br />1. The applicant has provided an Index Map and Mining Plan Maps as required by Rules 6.4.2 <br />and 6.4.3. In order to help chazacterize the current condition and location of the Colorado River <br />and adjacent floodplains within the proposed affected land and surrounding area, the Division <br />requests that the applicant provide a current aerial photograph of the proposed affected land and <br />surrounding area. The Division recognizes that the fluvial system that the applicant will be <br />operating inclose proximity to is a dynamic system and subject to periodic changes during high <br />flow events. This information will be useful to document baseline conditions of the azea. Please <br />provide, if available. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D - Minin¢ Plan <br />2.
