AhiENDEMENT TO CONTRACT

This agreement made and entered into this~day of
f/fa~, 1976, by and between David Prather, Virginia Prather,
Forrest Nelson, and Connie V. Nelson, hereinafter called Prather,
and the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, herein-
after called The Board.
Witnesseth:
That whereas on May 26, 1972, David Prather,
Virginia Prather, and the Board entered into a contract for the
purchase by the Board of gravel from the Prather's and
Whereas, Prather has since conveyed an interest in
his property to Forrest Nelson and Connie V. Nelson and
Whereas, the parties amended the contract of May 26,
1972, by an amendment dated November 15 1974, and
Whereas, because of changing conditions, the parties
desire to amend those agreements,
It is therefore agree3 between the parties as follows,
towit:
1. The purchase price for the gravel as provided in
paragraph 1 of the contract dated May 26, 1972, shall be changed
from 5 cents a cubic yard to 7~, cents a cubic yard.
2. The parties hereby ratify and confirm the remaining
provisions of the contract of May 26, 1972, and the amendment
of that contract dated November 15, 1974.
