I believe the application is complete in all <br />respects, except only the zoning approval letter from Gunnison <br />County. The Gunnison County Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the Pit on April 6, and the matter is on the agenda of <br />the Gunnison County Commissioners for final approval on April 17. <br />We therefore anticipate that the Gunnison County Planning <br />Administrator will be able to forward you the required zoning <br />compliance letter on or shortly after April 17. <br />Yours very truly, <br />Robert E.
