Among other things, such darument makes the following grant aqua <br />exercise of the Option, - <br />Lessor, is consideration of rh2 agreazaeats set forth herein tc be kept and <br />peefntmed liy Lessee, anal the payment of myalties by Lessee as provided heteia, and <br />subject to the tetras, conditions, sad provisions contained herein, leases to Lessee that <br />certain tract of land situate in the County of Mesa , State of Colorado, more particularly <br />described oa Fxhibit A, attached hereto aad incomeorated herein by refemnee, for the sole <br />purpose of quarrying, mining, removing and tnarkotiag dtare~om all sand, grave;, rock, <br />and/or dirt which are herein referred to as "materials; ' and the operation of a ready-mix <br />concrete and/or asphaltic concrete business or any other business whose primary acti~dty <br />is the utilization of concrete and/or asphaltic concrete products. <br />The term of tbe Least is coniinuixtg for three years from the Commencement bate, unless <br />terminated sooner under provisions contained in such (navel Lease Option Agreement. <br />This Lease may be executed in one os more counterparts, with the same affect as if all parties to <br />this Lease had signed the same document.
