LISTS OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT F <br />The following permits are needed for the site: <br />1) County (special use) approval -this document is being supplied to the Mesa County Planning <br />office for approval. County Planning hearing is scheduled for October 26, 2002. <br />2) CDOH combined storm water/process water discharge permit is needed from The Colorado <br />Department of Health since water will be pumped from the pit into the gravel pond southwest of the <br />mine excavation. This permit was applied for on October 1, 2002. <br />3) A fugitive air emissions permit is needed since the site will mine more than 70,000 tons per year <br />and the operation will be wet in nature. An APEN forth has been filed with CDOH Air Quality <br />Control. <br />4) No U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval is needed since no waters of the United States are <br />involved in the operation. <br />5) A gravel well permit is needed from the Division of Water Resources for the evaporation from <br />the lake. <br />14 Road Pit 10!02 25 <br />
