Page 2
EXHIBIT C - MINING PLAN (CONT.)
4. Rock will be extracted by drilling and blasting. As we
are inspected by Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA)
we are required to operate by their guidelines. As this is
an existing pit of 20 years this should be sufficient evidence.
The nearest residential dwelling is in excess of 1 mile from
pit.
5. With the location of this deposit there is no need for
diversions on upper side of pit. Up to this time there has
been no indication of run off problems, if this should occur
in the future sediment ponds could be constructed on lower
side of stockpile acres shown on map.
6. Certified mail receipt copies enclosed as per notifications:
Edwin Schillinger
Harold and Herbert Dobbs
Hardscrabble Partners
Mary Dilley
Fritz Pratt
EXHIBIT D - RECLAMATION PLAN
Pit will be graded to drain upon completion.
EXHIBIT E - MINING AND RECLAMATION PLAN
Shown on map.
2. Shown on Topo map and Mine Plan map.
3. Referenced to defender headframe which is approximately 500
feet N.E, of pit. Also county dump shown on map is on road to
pit. Headframe can be seen from dump.
FINANCIAL WARRANTY
Bonding is in the process. We should have this taken care
of this week at which time we will forward information to Mined
Land Reclamation Division.
ADDITIONAL ITEM
As I informed Patricia Martinek over the phone of the
standing with the Bureau of Land Management, enclosed is
correspondence to date on this matter. We are approaching
this as an uncommon variety mineral because of its character-
istics, I will keep you informed of this matter.
