Minh materials shah consist of natural <br />endlor artificial materiels such as plant residue, <br />wood bark or chips, by-products, gravel, plastic, <br />fabric, animal manure, rice hYNa, and meteNals <br />from-idod prociesaing plants or other equivalent <br />materials of suffidant.a!mr:nsion (dopth or <br />thickness) and du2biBty to eohieve the intended <br />purpose for the requir'od dme period. <br />Mulching is generai!y performed after grading, sort <br />surface preparation errd seeding ant plantings are <br />complete.
