Operating and maintaining a 48-inch corrugated metal pipeline with one
air-vent and a jetty to transmit bypass water from above A;~t4X operations on
Ute Creek and the east branch of Ute Creek to the S•7i11iams Fork River.
This permit supersedes a Special Use Construction Per:ait designated:
AF1AX, Inc. issued September 18, 1975, by J. Pterle Prince, Forest Supervisor
