• Description: Diversion is located 1086.96 feet, N16°25'42"E of section
corner common to Sections 9, 10, 15 and 16.
Source of water is a small seep spring tributary to
Roatcap Creek, Diversion consists of trench with boxes
and perforated pipe leading to a pipeline which serves
stock tank and corrals,
Comments: Application for quadrennial finding of reasonable
diligence shall be filed in February, 1983, and every
four years after until decree is made final. Case No.
82CW30, as advertised in the February, 1983 Resume, is
an application to make the conditional decree absolute.
On April 25, 1983, a statement of opposition was filed
by Stephen H., Paul W., S Gregory A. Grosse-Rhode.
