Asphalt Paving Company has obtained notarized <br />agreements with some of the structure owners as noted in the table below. Copies of <br />these agreements follow. Asphalt Paving Company agrees to setback at least 200 feet <br />from any permanent man-made structure for which an agreement has not been obtained <br />(as shown on map Exhibit C-3), until either a notarized agreement with the structure <br />owner has been obtained or an engineering analysis report has been prepared, and until <br />such documentation has been approved by the Division via a Technical Revision.
