The pH of the water at the final discharge point (i.e. <br />at the main settling pond), will remain within the limits set <br />at 6 pH paints. Every effort will be made to insure that water, <br />if ever released from the second pond, is within required limits <br />of 6 pH points, thus eliminating the need to treat water in the <br />main sediment pond. <br />4.) Sediment removal will occur at the 60% Eill level. This material <br />will be removed with a backhoe and taken into the mine workings <br />for burial in accordance with rule 4.05.8, Both ponds will be <br />cleaned at the same time, regardless of the fit] level of the <br />second pond <br />• <br />5.)
