Seeding time will be <br />early winter when the soil is dry and cold and the se ds will <br />remain dormant until they are able to take advantage o spring <br />moisture. Mulching with weed-free straw, manure, or rass hay <br />will be used to protect the soil surface fallowing seeding. <br />A soil analysis will be done by Frowers County at the time of <br />topsoil placement.
