That sedimentation ponds and related structures be designed for the <br />10-year storm event (please submit copies of revised computations, <br />design drawings, etc. to MLRD for approval); and <br />2. That the operator encourage the landowner and the Division of <br />Wildlife to continue the study df sharp-tailed grouse on the site, <br />take into account any new information which becomes available as a <br />result of such studies, and include in its Annual Reports an,y such <br />new information and_a description of new measures which are being <br />incorporated into the mining/reclamatlon plans to protect this <br />species in the light of such new information. <br />Although it was not addressed at the Board meeting, we also request that the <br />operator commit to visibly marKino the boundaries of the area to be disturbed <br />on the site. This should oenefit both tine operator and the MLRD by avoldlnq <br />future proolems concerning the possibility of mining beyond the area allowed <br />under the Permit. <br />The amount of financial warranty set by the Board for this operation is <br />$2y5,850.00. You must submit a financial warranty in this amount and a <br />performance warranty in order for us to issue a permit. In the event you have <br />requested a financial warranty form, we nave enclosed it in this letter. If <br />you have not, please select a type of financial warranty from Rule 7.4. Then <br />contact us so that we can provide you with the appropriate warranty form.
