The wildlife <br />reeovay and replacement plan will include the following: <br />(A) A habiat and population analysis of the mine area <br />that identifies which of these speces occupy the mine area and shall <br />irtclude, but not 6elimited a,advana raptornestsurveys of woodland <br />and cliff substrates within'fimile of any proposed development.
