JOVIC3C, a single woman of 5920 Milan Place, <br />Denver, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor"; and HULCHER <br />AGGREGATES, INC., a corporation, with corporate headquarters located <br />at 9130 North 70th ;street, Suite 116, City of Scottsdale, County <br />of Maricopa, State or" Arizona, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee". <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the rent and covenants herein <br />specified, Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, its successors and assigns, <br />the following descrit~ed real property located in Park County, State <br />of Colorado: <br />SIiE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED <br />A:i EXHIBIT "A" HERETO <br />for the purposes of quarrying and removing rock from such property <br />of a term of 10 years, commencing April 5, 1982, and ending April 5, <br />1992. <br />I <br />SURFACE RIGHTS OF LESSEE <br />Lessee shall have the right of ingress and egress <br />through the demised Fremises for the purposes of quarrying, mining, <br />exploring, excavating and removing any rock, mineral or other natural <br />material suitable fox' use in connection with its business. Lessee <br />shall have the right and privilege of setting up and erecting any <br />buildings, equipment, utilities, fixtures or business machinery <br />Lessee deems necessary for the operation of such quarry or quarries. <br />Lessee shall be entitled to a reasonable time in which to remove any <br />and all materials, buildings and equipment places on the premises by <br />it during the term of this Lease. Lessee may use and possess as much <br />fo the premises as it: may require during the term of this Lease.
