Richard Curry <br /> Kremmling , CO 80459 <br /> RE: Proposed Gravel Operation; Section 11 TIN R80 W <br /> Dear Mr. Curry: <br /> Following are the requirements that must be met and <br /> agreed upon in order for Mountain Parks Electric, Inc. , to give <br /> their approval to the proposed gravel operation: <br /> 1. There will be no excavation or stockpiling of material <br /> within 10 ' on either side of the power line , nor shall any excavation <br /> or stockpiling outside of this 10 ' area cause a violation of <br /> clearance, as determined by the National Electric Safety Code, or <br /> cause ground sluffing within 10' of the power line. <br /> 2. All equipment must maintain a minimum distance from <br /> the power line so that no part of the equipment can be extended <br /> within 10 ' of any conductor . <br /> 3.
