permission to enter my land and establish a gravel operation on

area, from whence the Southwest corner of said Section 11 ,
bears S 65 degrees 47 ' 57•' W , for a distance of 2 ,226. 16 feet ;
(2 ) Thence continuing along the westerly boundary of said proposed
gravel pit area, N 05 degrees 56, 41 " W , for a distance of 362 . 00
feet , to the Northwest corner of said proposed gravel pit area ;
(3) Thence continuing along the northerly boundary of said proposed
gravel pit area, N 84 degrees 03 ' 19" E , for a distance of 712 . 65
feet ;
(4) Thence S Oj degrees 56 , 41 ', E , for a distance of 30 feet ;
( 5) Thence N 84 degrees 03 ' 19" E. for a distance of 250 feet ;
(6) Thence continuing along, the easterly boundary of said proposed
gravel nit area S 05 degrees 56' 411, E , for a distance of 332 . 00
feet to the Southeast corner of said proposed gravel pit area. ;
(7) Thence continuing along the southerly boundary of said proposed
gravel pit area S 84 degrees 03 ' 19" , for a distance of 962. 65
feet to the point of beginning, also being the Southwest corner
of said proposed gravel pit areas
