During the course o£ mining operations, Jacksou Cowley <br />shall not allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed 6 acres, <br />nor the annual extraction of mineral and overburden to exceed 70,000 tons. <br />2, Jackson Couxity agra¢s to be bound by e11 Rules and Regulations <br />of Che Mined Land Reclamation Board, and by all provisions of G4e 1976 Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, in compliance with each and every prwiaion thereof, <br />an an express condition of this permit. <br />3. Any Lands included in this permit which may have been previously mined <br />wi thouC a permit axe lncluded solely for the purpose of obtaining a reclamation <br />plan end bonding coverage for such lands.
