FAC/LlTY DESCRIPT/ON <br />A. Industry Description <br />Tvae of/ndrrstrv: The facility is an inactive coal [oadout facility. When active, the loadour will include crushing <br />facilities. Coal is stocAyiled on site to 6e loaded on rail cars. No timetable was given by the permittee far <br />reactivation. <br />2. Sources to the Treatment Plant: Surface runoff from the tipple area and spoils spring water flow to the pond. <br />3. Chemicals Used: The permittee did not specify any chemicals for use in waters that may be discharged. On this <br />basis, no chemicals are approved under this permit. Prior to use ojany applicable chemical, the permittee must <br />• submit a request for approval which includes the most current Material Sajery Data Sheet (MSDS) jar that chemical. <br />Urtri! approved, use aj any chemical in waters that may be discharged is a violation of this permit. <br />
